This property is accessed through an historical easement through forest service. Access is protected by right to the owners of this property for personal use but a special use permit would be required (which might be difficult to obtain or be a lengthy process) for any commercial use such as rental / Airbnb type of use, hence the low price! The last couple miles of road leading to the cabin is pretty rocky & narrow. Being that the cabin is located @ 9,000 ft snow begins to fly beginning as early as October & chains on UTV / Truck Mat-tracks / Snowmobile would be required for vehicle access. Access is an adventure in itself & not for the faint of heart unless you have a personal Aerial Vehicle like this one.

The cabin is stick-framed & insulated. A mix of block & poured concrete foundation. (Hurricane straps are attached to the poured concrete portions) Construction is "Rustic". While sound & no roof leaks the building would not pass current building codes.
